Factory Introduction
Our factory located in Anhui province, is a valve manufacturer with more than 30 years of manufacturing experience.The factory was builded in 1993, covering an area of 30,000 square meters.
We provide design, development, and manufacturing. The products are cost-effective and good quality. We specialize in manufacturing gate valves, globe valves, check valves, ball valves, butterfly valve, plug valve, filter and other valves. Products design according to American standards, Chinese standards, German standards, British standards, Japanese standards and Russian CIS standards, special products can be customized according to customer needs.
Our products are exported to Europe, America, the Middle East, and other countries and domestic key projects, widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas, coal chemical, electric power, nuclear power, and other industries.
Pressure range: CL150-2500 lb, PN6-420 pressure. Operation mode: manual, bevel gear, worm gear, sprocket, pneumatic, electric, etc. Connection method: flange, butt welding, thread, clamp, etc.
Certifications
All of our vavles are strictly designed, manufactured and tested by the standards as follows: API600, API 608 / API 6D, ASME B16.34 / 16.47, API 609, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5/B16.47, API 598/API 6D, EN 1171, EN 1066, EN 12516, EN 558 and so on.
Our factory has passed the strict inspection of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and obtained the ISO9001 quality management system certification, which indicates that the whole process from product development, and manufacturing to after-sales service has reached the international unified standards
Casting Process
Valve casting is the core process of manufacturing valve parts through metal melting, molding, and processing, and its quality directly affects the sealing, strength, and life of the valve. Our process is as follows steps:
It includes composition control, heat treatment strengthening, and defect prevention.
It is a multi-stage composite process, including mold design, metal melting, casting molding, cooling and solidification, and post-treatment five stages. Strong material adaptability, commonly with materials of cast iron, cast steel (carbon steel/alloy steel), stainless steel (304/316), copper alloy, etc.
- Sand casting : low cost, high flexibility, suitable for small and medium-sized batch production, accounting for more than 70% of valve casting 35;
- Investment casting: wax mold with shell mold casting, surface finish Ra6.3μm, suitable for complex structure integrated molding;
- Lost mold casting: foam mold gasification technology to reduce oxidation defects, suitable for thin-walled parts.
